IVORIA – REFUND POLICY
RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
(Fraud-resistant structure)
Ivoria aims to ensure customer satisfaction while protecting against misuse of the return system. Due to the limited-edition nature of Ivoria collections, returns are restricted and subject to strict inspection.
1 Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:
- item received is damaged, defective, or incorrect
- return request initiated within 24 hours of delivery
- product is unused and unwashed
- original tags remain attached
- original packaging is intact.
Due to the limited edition nature of Ivoria products, returns for reasons such as personal preference may be restricted.
2 Mandatory Unboxing Video Requirement
To report damage or missing items:
Customers must record a continuous unboxing video showing:
- unopened package
- shipping label
- full opening of the parcel
- condition of the product.
Claims submitted without an unboxing video may be rejected.
3 Seller Packaging Documentation
For quality assurance and fraud prevention, Ivoria may record packing videos and photographs of dispatched products.
These records may be used to verify product condition during dispute resolution.
4 Return Request Timeline
Return requests must be submitted within:
24 hours of delivery
Requests submitted after this period may be rejected.
5 Inspection of Returned Items
Returned products undergo inspection.
Returns will be rejected if items show signs of:
- wear or use
- perfume or deodorant marks
- makeup stains
- washing
- alteration
- missing tags
- damaged packaging.
Rejected returns may be shipped back to the customer.
6 Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return:
- intimate wear
- bodysuits
- inner garments
- hygiene-sensitive products
- final sale items.
7 Refund Processing
If a return is approved:
Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
Refunds may be issued as:
- original payment refund
- store credit
- exchange product
at Ivoria’s discretion.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the error is on Ivoria's part.
8 Return Abuse Prevention
Ivoria monitors return behaviour.
Customers exhibiting excessive returns, fraudulent claims, or policy misuse may:
- have return privileges restricted
- have orders cancelled
- have accounts suspended.
