Products may be eligible for return within 7 days from the date of delivery. A video recording of unboxing the packet will be necessary to claim damage or stains and for immediate store credit. Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and returned with original tags and packaging intact. Products showing signs of wear, perfume, stains, or damage will not be accepted.

For hygiene and safety reasons, intimate wear, bodysuits, and any inner garments are non-returnable unless defective or damaged upon delivery.

5. Refunds
